Why?
No leaky bladder when you cough, sneeze or play sport. Can enhance sexual pleasure.
How?
TRY squeezing around the bowel opening as if stopping passing wind
TRY squeezing around the vagina (birth canal opening) as if holding a tampon in place
TRY squeezing around the urethra (bladder opening) as if stopping weeing
Everyday Exercise
Squeeze all three openings together. Do this three times quickly. Now two more times, keeping the openings squeezed while you breathe three times in and out. Feel an upward and inward hold. Do this group of five squeezes twenty times during the day.
